Renovate Budget does not run accounts, does not take payments, and does not store the numbers you enter in the calculator. The only personal data we handle is an email you send us, used only to reply.
What we collect
The Fix Up Before Selling Calculator runs in your browser on the numbers you enter. Those numbers are not sent to us and are not stored by the tool. If you email renovatebudget@gmail.com, we keep your email address and message only long enough to reply. This site has no user accounts. The calculator page has an optional email form, described below.
Cookies and third parties
WordPress may set basic cookies for site operation. If a future analytics or email tool is added, this page will be updated before it collects data, and the tool will be named here. Embedded content from other sites, if added later, may set its own cookies under that site’s policy.
Your choices
You can use the calculator without giving us any personal data. You can ask us by email to delete an email thread you sent us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it except where the law requires it.

Plan by email
The calculator itself does not send or store your inputs. If you use Get this plan by email on the calculator page, we store your email address, and the plan summary only if you tick that box. The summary contains only the figures shown in the result (as-is net, after-fix net, difference, fix-up cost, and extra months). We store it only to send you that plan and to reply, and you can ask us by email to delete it.
